Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. the view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially in the back rooms. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get around and where to eat.
There were a few things that could have been better. the lack of outdoor windows in the room made it difficult to get fresh air without leaving the door or window to the corridor open, which compromised privacy.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views and just a short walk from the center of town. the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast provided was quite good. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or have breakfast. it would be better if they could provide a fan in the room for those who prefer to sleep with the windows closed. And the towels provided were quite small, more like hand towels rather than bath towels. the water went off on our last day, so we couldn't shower before leaving. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel offered good value for money and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The room at Hospedaje Vista Hermosa was cozy and comfortable, with a big, comfortable bed and warm blankets. We especially enjoyed taking a hot shower after a long hike at Valle de Cocora. The small shop at reception was very useful for grabbing essentials. The value for money was amazing, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We did find it a bit confusing to locate the hotel without a real picture of the outside of the building, but luckily a kind older lady on the street helped us find it. Additionally, the beds were a little on the short side for me as I am over 190cm.

I got great value for my money at Hospedaje Vista Hermosa. The room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering more than just a small cup of coffee. It was a bit disappointing not to have the option for a second cup at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hospedaje Vista Hermosa for a week and it was the best hostel experience I've had. The location is great, just a short walk from the main square but away from the noise. The view from the property is absolutely beautiful, with horses, cows, and hens in the valley below. The hostel itself is peaceful and the beds are incredibly comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The shower has hot water and great power, and the internet is reliable. The communal kitchen is clean and fully equipped, and there's even Netflix if you want to stay in. The staff, especially Rafael, were friendly, patient, and helpful. I was sad to leave, this is definitely the place to book!
Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered hot showers and a clean and comfortable room, which was a great advantage after a long day hiking. the location was also convenient, being close to the main square without all the noise and commotion.
The lack of insulation in the walls, which resulted in being able to hear everything going on around the property and the surroundings. Another issue was the presence of smoking guests, despite the property being labeled as non-smoking.
